FabHotel Uday Vilas

I had a terrible experience with FabHotel Uday Vilas. I had a confirmed booking through Booking.com and had paid the full amount in advance, yet when I reached the hotel, the staff refused to allow check-in. They claimed there were internal payment issues, which is not the customer’s responsibility. Because of their mismanagement, my time was wasted, and I was left stranded and forced to book another hotel at the last minute. This hotel is highly unprofessional, unreliable, and misleading. Accepting bookings and payments and then denying check-in is completely unacceptable. It felt like a fraudulent practice. I strongly advise other travelers to avoid this hotel if you don’t want stress, inconvenience, and loss of trust. Very disappointing experience.

There is absolutely nothing to like in this property.

This hotel is way below the name “budget” hotel. No water in taps, cockroaches in rooms, bad smell, choked drains in washrooms. The list goes on and on.

Worst hotel, don't ever book it. Zero sense of hospitality and not a family hotel.
