The hotel was excellent, just like the city. We had an amazing stay! Everything was very clean, the staff was attentive, and the shops around the hotel were great. The pool was definitely a plus, especially since it got really hot early in the morning. Also, the hotel is very close to the beach, which was a big highlight! I loved that there were cats walking around the hotel — it made me feel even more at home. The restaurant is great, the Lobster Thermidor was amazing! I absolutely loved my stay, highly recommend this place, and would definitely come back!

The only downside was that the gym didn’t have a functional air conditioner, which made it difficult to work out because it got extremely hot.

Great location if you are in the Baga/Calangute area. Very clean and good breakfast.

Very unhelpful reception staff. I booked a superior double ground floor room and was, initially, given a small first floor room with a tiny balcony overlooking a rubbish dump. When I explained this was not what I had booked I was treated as if I was causing trouble. I accepted a bigger room on the first floor with a small balcony rather than continue to complain.
