Banyan Tree Samudra

The room was spacious, neat, and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were polite and attentive, and the food served was delicious. One of the highlights was the stunning sea view from both the balcony and the restaurant, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The only negative side in this property is lack of lift service. For upstair rooms one has to climb stairs.

the owner and the staff were exceptionally hospitable. They made u feel at home. There is so much care in how the rooms are maintained and kept. Amazing breakfast and super comfy beds.... they are what kerala hospititality means......care and love for the guests and their families

Location was very good, familiy room is well spacious with 4 beds, was clean.

Family room is at 3rd floor (no lift), so with luggage it might be difficult but host has moved the luggage himself, so we doesn't need to move luggage at 3rd floor.

Excellent location, very close to everything and room was very clean. Owner and staff were very helpful. Nice breakfast and food as well.

Came back for the second time and the service was as good as the first time. The host even remembered us and provided complimentary breakfast, which we were not expecting but was delighted to have.
