This hotel is in a lovely spot. The food in the restaurant is absolutely gorgeous and the staff are very friendly. The lady who owns the place is very accommodating and nothing is too much trouble she is very very kind and considerate.and we can't thank her and the staff enough.

Lift should be an option in future because you gotta keep coming and going if you’re on vacation and you see stairs and get weary

Really bad experience. The room was a completely okay room and it was clean, but sadly it was placed under the kitchen which made it so noisy, we tried to talk with the staff and manager to explain, but they didn’t care. It’s also placed in a area where there is nothing to do and not a place where you want to stay when you are on vacation. The beach you can’t use, you need to walk to one of the other beaches. The cafe/restaurant at Banyan is also not good, it seemed like it was left overs, so you won’t really eat there though you have breakfast included. And last I woke a morning to go up to the cafe and have a kop of tea before going out and at 7.30 the reception was still closed and a man was sleeping on the floor. At 7.52 the cafe/restaurant was still not open - ‘breakfast’ starting at 8. Crows flying all over the place.

Close walking to distance to beach and beautiful View at sunrise time. Staff was very polite and helpful.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to my next visit!
