CHATHAM GUEST HOUSE

Property was lovely, very nicely decorated, welcoming, clean.

The other people staying. Very noisy slamming doors, up and down and up and down to the bathroom all through the night and showering at 6am for 45 minutes, steaming out the bathroom so much the toilet roll was soggy. I don't think they were guests I think maybe they knew the owner. 2am outside our closed windows, having a very loud conversation is not my idea of a good night sleep. If they didn't ruin it, 10/10 for sure would have been my outcome. Not the owners fault they were a pain but just thought they may want to know to avoid those people staying again unless they're on their own there.

Everything, staff. Cleanliness, convenience and comfortable.

Cleanliness is excellent and Smells good too. Bus station is 5 minutes away which is a good walking distance.

I could not iron my clothes. Room was very cold at night. No Wi-Fi.

It isn’t really a guest house. It’s a house with lots of rooms and many occupants. It felt more like a house of multiple occupancy than a guest house. No on-site staff and one bathroom between many residents. It was very very hot. All the doors had locking issues

Nothing to like

They don't even have a sing outside to say that it is a Guest house...l had to ask people on the street in order to find it...the lady running the place been rude and unwilling....truly no recommendation...
