"Poor host"

The location was close to the train station and road which made accessibility very ok

The place was too cold and heater was not functioning. After speaking to her she reluctantly come to put it on which complaints. It was advertised on the site that the toilet was ensuit, on arrival it was down stairs had to make so much noise disturbing other people. I believe it was to pricey for the service I received

"Perfect site for my next day hospital appointment."

Near to the hospital. Cheap. Warm.

We couldn’t figure out how to enter. Then we saw the key holders on the wall. We couldn’t open them. So I called the number on my booking confirmation. The lady answered and helped us in to the building.
