It was clean, nicely laid out!

The locks on the doors were very difficult, the toilet door didn’t lock so was nervous when showering or using the toilet. There was no mention that staff wouldn’t be there and you had to get in by a lock box.

The property is well maintained and clean. Tea, coffee and milk was provided. The host was polite and the room was quite pleasant.

I did not like it that there were no herbal tea, (e.g. green or peppermint) for those of us that do not drink regular tea or coffee. again no iron available.

For the price I paid plus £30:00 for damages was not worth it

This isn't actually a guest house. It's simply a terraced house in Chatham where you get a key from outside the property and go in and unlock your room. I booked a "deluxe" room, but it was very basic. The mattress on the bed was the cheapest one you could get and was very uncomfortable. The person managing the guest house was barely understandable. This place is best avoided.

That the kitchen is shared but that’s a minor.
