Guests highly rate the very spacious accommodation with cooking equipment and frequently praise the caravan/chalet described as clean and comfortable.
GBThe location is ok and the staff I met were so nice . Very polite and help and the caravans were clean .
Very muddy due to the rain and people churning up the grounds trying to park . Needs better signage on the site and the landscaping could be better as some caravans have views of big rubbish bins and derelict building
GBLoved the location, very close to lovely beach and lots of history we learned along the way! Very nice, easy to park and very clean! Restaurant onside was good, food nice. Staff nice, reasonable prices Entertainment at night very good, live artist then disco till late. Will go again.
Facilities onside (swimming etc) not open as out of season, we went late April so did not try the facilities, though was given a pass Photo of caravan showed a balcony but ours did not have this.

I am extremely disappointed with how this property handles its guests. Less than 24 hours before my scheduled arrival, the hotel informed me that their pool was out of service. Because of this incredibly late notice, management promised me a full refund. However, it has now been over 20 days, and I have still not received my money. Worse, they have completely stopped replying to my messages. Breaking a promise for a refund and ignoring a customer for weeks is unacceptable. I strongly advise booking elsewhere.

GBThe location was amazing The site was spotless and well run and the staff were lovely There were 15 of us in total and when we came in for dinner the staff straight away put tables together so we could all sit together which was so lovely.
There was nothing to dislike Apart from there were no trays to use to cook food in the oven.

GBVery spacious with all the essential equipment for cooking.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Just needed extra curtain hooks to the curtains.
GBThe chalet was clean with nice soft furnishings. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles. The sitting area had couches, a TV and a table and four chairs. No 42 was dog friendly. It was located behind the facilities and close to the main driveway, The beach is located across the road.
The pool wasn't open. The fish box wasn't open, the pizza van wasn't open. Happy to take people's money, but not wanting to provide the advertised facilities. After I collected my key, I discovered that I needed a WiFi password. I'd been told that if I had any issues, I could phone them. So I called them,, got an answer machine and left a message. 4 days later, I've still not had my call responded to. Despite booking a dog friendly chalet, there was no means to clean the carpet....not even a dustpan and brush. The park felt run down Finally, not a fault of the park, but the England flag flying just outside the park felt unwelcoming.
