Only the staff behaviour was good.

We were provided checkin after 40 mins of waiting, even though we had informed of our arrival before time. The place is no value for the money they charge. Provided no towels and soaps for the stay. Location is also very bad. And charging 3000 for this stay was actually too much.

The host is very friendly and very helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure that we had a good (and safe) time in Ooty. He advised us on places to eat, activities to do and helped sorting transport/guides. The room was simple but comfortable and clean. The location is great, a few minutes away from the center where you can find restaurants and cafes.

This is a great home stay located in a quiet street walking distance from the main hub of Ooty. The room itself was very clean, offers a comfy bed and hot water. The host, Gladwin, was amazing - providing us with lots of information about things in the area. Highly recommend.

Nothing - it was a good value.
