Location, Staff, comfort, cleanliness

No easy access to hot water, had to reach into bath to fill bucket or jug. Suggested adding hot water to hand basin.

We had a delightfull stay in ooty with Gladwin and family in the Church Hill Cottage. We really enjoyed our stay in ooty. Very quiet location, close walking to st Stephen's church and botanical gardens& charing cross. Close to local delicious eateries. Gladwin kindly helped us arrange local excursions around ooty and coonor area and we are forever greatfull for your help. If you need a wonderful stay in ooty here is a must
