Quite spacious and comfortable. Rooms were clean.Toilets were good too. Hot water available when required. Location easily accessible and close to attractions in Ooty. Staff were approachable and helpful.

It was cold and suitable more for Summers. More chairs and table to eat food needed. Maybe a heat source for warmth for cold evenings. Provision of more chairs.
