The host is very friendly and knows the correct requirements of tourists. We felt welcome and happy around the place.

The rooms are a little small with some needed facilities missing.

The owner is very helpful. Mr Madhu Caretaker is always available for any needs.

My recent stay at Church Hill Cottage left much to be desired. From poor ventilation to inadequate amenities, the experience fell short of expectations. Ventilation was a major issue throughout my stay. The room felt stuffy and lacked proper airflow, making it uncomfortable to relax or sleep peacefully. lack of attention to cleanliness was disappointing and affected the overall ambiance of the stay. One of the most basic necessities, water, was not readily available in the room. Guests were required to fetch water from elsewhere, which was inconvenient and unexpected for a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, only soap was provided, leaving guests without essential toiletries like shampoo and conditioner. Furthermore, while towels were changed regularly, the absence of tissues in toilet.

This is wrong & overhyped property rated in booking.com. I paid approx. 12k for 3nights. It was cheap, undervalued, dingy, suffocated room/property in a abysmal backyard. No basic facilities, balconies open to cowsheds, filthy stinking drains. The room is 1.5/2k worth & strongly discouraged for family.

I like the staff behaviour and they were very helpful whenever needed any kind of help, especially Mr.Gladwin.

You can't ask for a better location. The place is pretty close to the Charring cross circle and most of the other places like Botanical Garden, Moddy's bakery, A2B etc. are just a few minutes' walk. The property owner Mr. Gladwin is a very lively person and an amazing host. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Church hill cottage is in the prime location. It has a walkable distance to restaurants, shopping stores and bus depo. The Cottage has a good, clean and a beautiful ambience along with a good parking space. Lastly the owner is a kind and a helpful person. They treat us like their family members, give us proper guidance about tourist spots. We really enjoyed our stay there. Thanks to the owner Gladwin.
