Peaceful setting. Comfortable large room and nice outdoor covered patio to relax in. Close proximity to the bird hides a bonus if a birder.

As we self catered, the kitchen surface area limited. After rains, the farm road to the cottage very muddy, 'greasy' surface in areas. (Put into 4x4 mode for a section after the rain)

What a stunning, peaceful getaway! We loved the location, the beautiful gardens and the sounds of all the birds and nature around us & we really enjoyed having the two Karkloof conservation bird hides so close by. The hosts were so helpful too, great stay
