Son amplias las habitaciones, la alberca esta bien

No tiene teléfono, una pantalla muy chiquita, que falla mucho, el personal de recepción muy mal educado y grosero, te dan la bienvenida como si te hicieran un favor, te quieren hacer la limpieza de cuarto a las 9 de la mañana

La ubicación, está sobre la avenida principal. Atención de personal en su restaurante. Cuenta con piscina

Atención al cliente en recepción sin cordialidad. La razón precio-servicio es mala, no recibes lo que pagas. Me querían dar una habitacion en muy mal estado, si no te pones pilas ahí te dejan, reclamé y me cambiaron, sin embargo la habitación si bien era un poco mejor estaba en muy mal estado, camas de piedra, muebles viejos, el WC tenía sello de esterilización pero era dudosa, maté un par cucarachas y ví salamandras, en fin, decepción total. Las fotos en booking, no son lo que recibes.

La ubicación muy buena, en el caso del check-in y check-on solo había una persona en la administración; por tanto, se hizo fila para hacer los procesos.

hay que mejorar la limpieza de los baños en áreas comunes, en algún momento estuvieron sucios, los camastros por el tipo de material que algunos eran de lona blanca se veían sucios y descuidados.
