"Außergewöhnliche Wohnung in antiken Mauern mit allem Komfort"

Pozzolengo liegt ca. 10 min mit dem Auto vom See entfernt inmitten der Weinberge. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer alten Burg, sprich man ist überall von historischem Gemäuer umgeben. Die Wohnung selber ist allerdings state of the art mit Klimaanlage, WLAN und einer außergewöhnlichen Dachterrasse. Parkplatz (Garage) ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Die Dokumentation zur Wohnung ist etwas spärlich, sprich nicht vorhanden. Man findet sich aber schnell zurecht mit Ausnahme des Müllentsorgung.

"Great place with a magical view"

Wow, the view from this place was amazing! We found our daughter just standing staring out through the big window in the morning. Also, the kitchen was well equipped with an espresso machine and fridge. A genuine and very special place.

There were no instructions for the wifi and we couldn’t make it work. Also, there was some problem with the air condition that wouldn’t let us change it or turn it off. Probably it was fixed afterwards. Would have appreciated softer pillows.

Bel emplacement au calme.

L'absence d'accueil, pas de réponse aux appels téléphoniques, au message envoyé. Ce fut grâce aux voisins, que le gestionnaire de l'hébergement nous a contacté par telephone et par WhatsApp ( alors que booking propose l'envoi de message via leur appli ou l'envoi de sms par le portable du client ...)pour nous communiquer le code de la boîte à clefs.aucune précision sur l'emplacement de la boîte à clef, 3 boîtes à clefs à l'intérieur, pas de numérotation... Pas de livret d'accueil avec les informations nécessaires à une bonne installation : parking : 0 information, wifi: 0 information,etc... Réponse peu respectueuse quand on demande une information par message.... Joli logement mais un manque manifeste d'équipements.

"Mesto iz bajke"

Apartman izgleda bolje nego na fotografijama. Ceo kompleks je kao iz bajke. Lokacija je apsolutno savrsena. Mirno, tiho, slikovito. Budjenje uz pticice... Raj! Vlasnik je izuzetno ljubazan.

Samo to sto ne zivim tamo 🥺

Die Lage ist genial. Die Unterkunft war sauber.

Die Betten waren etwas weich. Leichte Krümel waren auf dem Tisch. Ansonsten war alles sauber und korrekt.
