"A beautiful place but…."

The property is unique and impressing as it is a flat in an old castle. It was very clean and well maintained. It felt like a nice hotel room.

Well, the property is certainly good but it was not what we booked. Three hours before check in we got a phone call from the owner saying that there was a problem and the room we book was actually not available. He offered us the flat below which didn’t have a private third room (we were three) and has very little view. We told him we wanted the original flat and he said that he would try to fix it, promising that if it doesn’t work he will compensate us. Well, we did not fix it and didn’t come to meet us and discuss the refund as promised. Eventually he sent us 15 Euros (!!) after we had left (for the two nights. We paid around 200 euros for that booking). Had we chosen that flat we would probably be satisfied, but that wasn’t the case. We felt we were being ignored (also by booking) and spent time and energy that stressed our experience.

Апартаменты расположены прямо в старинной крепости, на возвышенности, на краю города. На территории крепости живут люди, но место туристическое. Отличные виды на окрестности! Летом должно быть особенно красиво! Номер уютный, чистый, места вполне достаточно. Спальня в круглой башне! Хозяин прислал подробную видеоинструкцию по заселению (как проехать в гараж, как дойти до номера) - большое спасибо!

Можно добавить чайник на кухню, есть только кофемашина.

"Caratteristico!"

Appartamento davvero bello con arredamento rustico e grandi vetrate affacciate su un panorama stupendo. Il tutto all' interno di un castello molto caratteristico. Posizione molto buona per visitare i dintorni del lago di Garda. Caratteristica degna di nota una scala al piano superiore che attraverso una botola porta al tetto della torre dal quale il panorama a 360 gradi è ancora più bello! Molto consigliato!

La posizione,in un borgo tranquillo e molto caratteristico. La struttura è super accogliente , nuova e pulitissa. Io e il mio ragazzo ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Viskas puiku! Buvome labai maloniai nustebinti. Butas šiltas ir jaukus. Yra viskas ko reikia patogiam poilsiui. Nuostabus vaizdas pro langą. Nors atvykome vėlai vakare,nekilo jokių problemų. Gavome išsamius video dėl patekimo į butą. Nuoširdžiai rekomenduoju!!!

You should act like in a video game to gain access. The key location should be better explained. But this is nothing. The place is really great!
