Akazawa Onsen Hotel

1泊2日でしたが、2日とも温泉施設、レジャー施設が利用でき、滞在中も楽しめること。一部施設では、ドリンクが提供され、お財布にも優しい。敷地は、広いが循環バスがあり移動にも配慮されている。朝食も心がこもった料理で他のテーブルからも美味しいねと聞こえてきました。

スモークツインで予約しましたが、ホテルとは別棟になっており、温泉、食事は、外に出て移動することになっていた。予約時にはそのような記載はなく当日面くらいました。廉価で利用できるということで納得しておりますが、予約画面での表記には不信感すら覚えます。別棟は、トイレは、共同となっており、浴衣等もなく事前にわかっていれば準備できたと思います。部屋は、個別空調で快適でしたが、廊下の声は聞こえるし、廊下でタバコ臭がすると部屋にも入ってきます。ホテル側は、Red28と言われる別棟についてもう少し詳細を記載すべきだと思います。

朝ごはんが美味しかった

So many things to do at this resort. Bowling, deep sea spa, day spa, regular public baths. The restaurant at the day spa was good and the breakfast equally delicious at the hotel. Free drinks in the Deep Sea lounge as well as darts and pool and other games. The room was huge and the views spectacular. A shuttle bus to take you between places, including Izu Kogen station. I will return every time I come to Japan. Minimum 2 nights but I could stay 5-7. Fabulous ,fun place. I was alone but still loved this resort. Next time with friends! Great place for families too.

Japanese check in / reception lady was very condescending. And one of the shuttle bus drivers also Japanese obviously did not like his job. Very unusual to encounter unpleasant Japanese people. However the lady in the breakfast restaurant Ishikawa san and the man in charge were lovely and great at their job. As were the staff from Nepal and Myanmar. Shame that 2 people let down their hotel with unpleasant service. Might I say it wasn’t just me as a foreigner, one Japanese lady I spoke to said they were nasty to her as well.
