Akazawa Onsen Hotel

Superb, wonderful view!

Perhaps the fact that they were renovating it. From the outside it didn't look pretty. But once inside, you didn't think about it. It was quiet and the view is stunning! Staff very friendly!

The location, views, onsen facilities, and free 3 games at the bowling alley! The staff is young but courteous and helpful. We got the western style room with tatami area and ocean view. It was a very lovely stay! We liked it so much we extended our stay for an extra night. We did not try out their restaurant or breakfast. We are picky with the food quality and have been let down by many other hotel's breakfast on this trip so we didn't want to gamble on it here. But, maybe we'll try out their breakfast on our next stay. If you have a car, there are a ton of restaurants within 5 kms you can pick from at super affordable prices.

Looks like they are going through a lot of renovation and construction, hopefully things will get wrapped up soon. Their onsen facility is grand with many different options but there are some parts of the facility that is also getting renovated. It made it harder to fully relax when you can see construction warning tape roping off part of the outdoor air onsen.

The onsens for individual genders were massive, the other buildings with extra activities like games and bowling were fun, workers were friendly,

We could not enter the coed onsen with more than 2 tattoo patches to cover tattoos. But the single gender onsens had no issues with tattoos. For a resort that said food was included, no food was included. If you wanted drinks you had to hike up the street to get one and could not leave with the glass. The busses was complicated due to there being two sides of the metro and no oje explained pickup was on the other side of drop off.

いつもは日帰り温泉に行っているのですが、今回は家族を連れて2泊させて頂きました。施設自体の老朽化は否めないものの、部屋の広さやスタッフ様のサービス面は非常に良かったです。お風呂が素晴らしいのは言わずもがなですが、朝食のアジフライは本当に絶品でした！他のも非常に美味しくとても満足出来ました！また利用させて頂きます。

前回と同じでよかった

改装中の為日帰り入浴施設の方が使えないので楽しみにしていたので残念だった今回は本館ではなく南館でしたので移動が大変だつたエレベーターの階数間違いなど
