- L'accès à la plage et le ponton sur l'eau - La chambre spacieuse, propre et climatisée

- la sécurité des locaux: la porte de l'hôtel est toujours ouverte (aucun système de serrure extérieur) et la réception est ouverte avec un accès aux clés des chambres pour tous. Quiconque peut rentrer dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel et prendre une clé pour accéder à votre chambre. Cela n'est évidemment pas arrivé mais n'inspire pas confiance. - le téléphone de contact indiqué sur Booking ne permet pas de contacter l'équipe (via appel ou WhatsApp, privilégier la messagerie de Booking) - L'état des équipements dans les espaces communs: fonctionnel mais vétuste (petite cuisine dans cagibi)l, cuisinière très vieille, une seule plaque fonctionne (a défaut de changer la gazinière, il serait bien d'expliquer quelle plaque fonctionne et laquelle non au moment du check-in)
