"Beautiful view, right on the Lagoon"

The staff, very nice and helpful. The location is amazing, the a/c was great.

They don’t have towels (I got one old towel cut in half, but clean), no hair dryer.

"Tolle Lage, aber schlechter oder kaum Service"

Eine wunderschöne Aussicht und Lage. Direkt am Wasser gelegen.

Die Gemeinschaftsküche war sehr dreckig und seit sehr langer Zeit nicht mehr richtig gereinigt worden. Leider sehr lieblos. Das Personal hat den ganzen Tag ins Handy geschaut und nur nach Aufforderung Handtücher gewechselt oder gereinigt. Das war sehr schade und enttäuschend. Dadurch ist die Anlage ziemlich runtergewirtschaftet.

La location è fronte spiaggia, molto carina con kayak disponibili gratis per gli ospiti. Staff gentile e disponibile. È un posto non lussuoso, ma molto carino, super soddisfacente.

Il bagno della nostra stanza si è otturato, ha richiesto molto per essere riparato e quindi abbiamo chiesto di cambiare stanza, la richiesta, però, è stata subito soddisfatta. Sono 20 minuti per andare in centro a piedi, se ci fossero state delle biciclette disponibili sarebbe top per qualità/prezzo! All'arrivo non c'è molta accoglienza e alcuna spiegazione dei punti da visitare, nessuno ti spiega nulla!

Que está junto a la laguna

Que lleva horas sin haber agua, no hay nadie en recepción, nadie contesta los números de contacto que tienen anotados en las habitaciones, nadie se responsabiliza de nada, estoy de acuerdo que por el precio no puedo esperar un lugar lujoso, pero es decepcionante que ni siquiera haya agua y dejen a los huéspedes a la deriva, jamás recomendaría este lugar, ni vendría de nuevo
