La vista de la suite

Il posto avrebbe delle potenzialità incredibili! Affacciato sulla laguna, con il pontile e la casetta sull,'acqua. Questo è bellissimo! Però ci sono diversi aspetti negativi. La camera era così umida che non si poteva camminare scalzi. Si rischiava di scivolare. Lenzuola bagnate! Terribile!. Kayak a disposizione ma uno dei due aveva remi a metà. Si vede che il posto è in abbandono. Peccato! Perche sarebbe molto bello!

De ligging aan het meer is prachtig. Vanuit de kamer hadden prachtig uitzicht op de grote tuin en t meer. Verder is t in de omgeving van het hotel rustig.

Het was een vervallen en vies hotel. Het personeel deed niets om je enige service te verlenen. Er zit wel verschil in de kamers. Onze dochters hadden geen fatsoenlijke gordijnen en keken uit op de parkeerplaats. Zij hadden een kledingkast, wij niet. Dit hotel heeft heel veel opknapuurtjes en liefde nodig. Dit is heel zonde

Muy dejado, bastante sucio. Un sitio que en algún momento se acondicionó con esmero pero que al momento necesita muchas intervenciones de manutención ordinaria y extraordinaria . Lo más chocante fue ver que las almohadas no tenían funda...

There was a communal refrigerator.

The streets surrounding the property were covered in wet, thick, slippery mud. It was difficult to walk and I almost fell several times. My sandals were caked in mud. Coming back at night, there were no street lights near the property, so with the mud and darkness, it was dangerous. I intermittently walk with a cane, but here it was absolutely necessary and I would have fallen without it. There was also a large pile of trash near the entrance. I like to walk and stay in budget by not using taxis, but even cars had difficulty managing. On one night there was an incredibly loud party in the house next door, went on past midnight. Also, there was little warmth from the staff, no offers of info, tours, etc. the room was bland. There was 1 beaten up kayak available to rent. I moved to a much better place that had nice, and included nice kayaks for free. I had booked for 3 nights and wanted a refund or partial refund for the last night, stated it was uncomfortable and dangerous to walk in the mud, but it was refused. Booking has not been helpful either.

I did request an early check-in and was accommodated on 1 room out of the 2 that I booked. I had a king room on the water front side and the second room booked was on the 2nd floor, also water front. That room was very well appointed. There is a a beautiful dock and sitting area on the water. That was amazing. There is also a great covered outdoor sitting area with several wooden tables and chairs. We played card games there at night. There is a "common kitchen" on the first floor and on the 3rd I believe. You could cook all your meals there as it was quite well stocked with dishes and pots and pans etc. We ate most of our meals out and the food was good to great. There are lots of water tours you could take. I would recommend to do this. Make sure you get all the info from the business as we had 22 stairs and had mobility challenged people. Two did not go because of this.

My room had quite a awful smell that emanated from the bathroom. Both the actual tap water, and the drains smelt overwhelming bad. Also, I moved the side table to plug in my laptop and there were dead cockroaches under the table. There is only one ceiling light in the room so you have to get out of bed to and stumble to turn it on or off. We thought that the kayaks for guests would be for our use, but to get the paddle, was 250 pesos. The last part of the road to get to the hotel was full of extreme potholes. It was good that we had an SUV.

Room stunk of sewer!! So bad it made me sick Checkin was unorganized. Room sparse. Will not recommend. Will never go back
