USProximity to Tongariro River and trail was perfect. We were there at the perfect time to pick an abundance of blackberries. Too early in the season for any spawning trout but we tried anyway.

Didn't have a washing machine but had a dryer which I should have noticed in booking it But did get a laundry place recommended which was great. The address wasn't exactly correct on booking.com. It's given as 3334 when its just number 31
USQuaint and quiet. Location along the river track was nice.
Monster cockroaches, dirty dishes, dirty table, took forever to figure out the hot water supply was turned off. Just over all scruffy and uncared for.

No dishwasher or washing machine, but aircon was great as it was super hot .
