The location is very central. The Red Lion hotel opposite is pretty much the unofficial town hall.

Bed could have been firmer but I'm really nitpicking here as I had a good sleep.

The apartment was very well laid out. We had top floor one, so quite a few steps as each room was on different levels. The staff in the hotel were absolutely lovely, nothing too much trouble. Take a water taxi to the outlet centre at Bourne, very interesting. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

I think a few more cafes. More directions to cheap car park, when you book.

A few more kitchen essentials could be handy when travelling as a family, and trying to cook.

Location was right in the centre of town, opposite the Pub of the same name. Car Parking in the square at certain times or in Drapers Place. 2 bedroomed apartment, both rooms en-suite. Kitchen was adequately stocked with crockery etc. Food shops nearby for self catering.

Check in was a bit haphazard as staff didn't know which keys etc. Blind in one bedroom didn't work. No toilet roll holders so either balanced on side of sink or put roll on the floor. There was no shelf or anywhere to put your toiletries in the shower rooms. Bed was a bit bucket shaped for my husband. The pillows were too hard for me and I had to use a towel, despite there being 2 pillows for each person. On arrival we had 3 clothes hangars for 4 people, but on asking at reception, some more were brought over. Noisy children in the apartment upstairs, screaming and chasing each other up and down, late at night.
