Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean and comfortable

This is a three bed two-bedroom apartment property over a high street shop in Spalding Town Centre, recently renovated to a high standard. Its bang opposite the Red Lion Hotel and pub.

The sink in the main bedroom en-suite wouldn’t unplug (it was one of those push-down plugs) and it wouldn’t pop back up again, which meant that we couldn’t get the sink water out after the sink had been filled. Access is via a steep narrow set of stairs. Tough going if you’ve got a big and heavy bag or struggle up steep stairs. No on-site car parking with the property, although there is a cheap (£2:50 per 24 hours) paying car park at Draper’s Place just behind Market Place, which is a three to four minute walk away from the property.

Excellent apartment great facilities and location. Very secure and easy access and convenient for the town
