Nothing. The place is falsely advertised. Don't be fooled by the pictures

The place is sooo small. It looks bigger in the pictures but is so cramped! The TV isn't lined up with the sofa which is really annoying. The hot water to the bath is only like warm so no hot bath which I like for my muscle disorder. There is dangerously low ceiling on the stairs which you constantly bash your head on. It's dreadful. My son even fell down the narrow stairs. Dangerous. As for the bedrooms so the main bedroom was bigger but had a big hole in the wall on arrival. We took pictures of it. Clearly the solid hard door and door handle has gone through the really thin wall to the cabinet! They have NO DOOR STOPS!! what do you expect and now they are trying to blame us for it! Be very careful with this place. They cause a lot of trouble just to get extra money. The beds are uncomfortable. The small bedroom with the bunk bed you can't even get into the bunk cause the door cause in the way cause its so cramped and the bunk bed is so wobbly and unsafe. Annoyingly they also only have a toilet downstairs which is so annoying when you need to go loo on the might. The parking is just next level dreadful. It's gonna really test your driving skills Think again before booking this place! I am regular on Booking.com and this is the worst accommodation I have ever stayed at DONT BE FOOLED BY THE PICTURES!

Lovely cottage in a great location. I travelled by train and the cottage was just a short walk from the station. Very warm and cosy with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom with a decent shower. The kitchen is well-equipped and there is good wifi and a smart tv. Tony was a responsive and helpful host.

A lovely situated property, nice & quirky! Well equipped, very neat & just perfect for our visit. Nice size bathroom with good shower. The rest of the downstairs has ample space, furniture & decor very nice. We only used main bedroom which was adequate size & storage for our stay of 4 nights, comfortable bed too. The table & chairs outside make a lovely addition to the cottage, & we even managed to sit & have a cuppa there when we arrived in October!

The staircase is a little tricky care is needed, however this is to be expected in older properties. Negotiating the drive way can be difficult too, not helped by a row of bins as you try to turn in. Thanks to Tony for sending me useful information regarding the drive.
