Местоположение исключительно удачное. В двух шагах от пляжа. Уютные кафе старого города. Атмосфера курортного города. Очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Wi-Fi на высоте. Особая благодарность Кахе Конделаки! Следующий приезд только в этом семейном отеле. Рекомендую!!!!!

Spacious, clean, excellent location, toiletries and towels provided. The host is really friendly, knowledgeable and has good sense of humour. It was great speaking with him and learning more about the country. It is directly opposite a rental bike stand and 2 mins walk from the central mosque.

Toilet roll holder was loose and shower curtain was missing. Washing machine is available, but no dryer so it would be helpful if there were a few drying lines set up to dry our clothes.

The owners were very welcoming, helpful, and kind. They helped us find a free parking spot for our stay. The place is easy to find and check-in was simple. The rooms are located in a small building near downtown with a superb view of the harbor. The rooms are spacious and fairly well-equipped. The Wi-Fi works well. It’s still nice to find reasonably priced and pleasant accommodations in Batumi!

A few minor areas for improvement: the beds are slightly uncomfortable, with mattresses that are a bit too soft (I think it's a personal opinion). Although the curtains may seem thick, they let in a lot of sunlight in the morning. The fridge is a bit noisy, if you’re a light sleeper, consider bringing a sleep mask and earplugs, it worked well for me! There were a few minor cleanliness issues, including hair on the towels and bath mats as well as in the bathroom, and dust on the floor and kitchen utensils. The toilet wasn’t very clean upon arrival. Perhaps cleaning should be stepped up slightly between guests!

Мне все понравилось, отель очень чистый, все есть для комфортного проживания. Хозяин отеля и весь персонал очень добрый и отзывчивый, всегда подскажут, помогут и расскажут. Вид на порт и море, что очень красиво, все достопримечательности в пешей доступности, что не может не радовать. Всем советую

Tesis sahibi iticiydi, müşteri gitse de rahatlasak gibi halleri vardı ve tesisin fiziki şartları çok iyi değildi
