There were two large building works nearby and drilling began at 07.30. They even worked on Sunday.

There was minimal uncomfortable outdoor furniture. I booked a terrace to be able to enjoy outdoors. The lack of comfortable appropriate furniture made this impossible. The building work even more so.

The location was near to the ferries which was very accessible

The owner was not responsive. We phoned, sent a message and a chat to request for an extra linen for the sofa bed but there was no response. Someone did answer our phone call but I didn’t understand what she was saying so i told her to reply to my messages and chat but there was nothing. It would have been really difficult if it was an emergency. Very poor customer service.

The room, which together with the toilet, had about 21.46 square meters (but not as the property is presented), the paint on the ceiling was falling off, the double bed was stacked (it was difficult to reach it after climbing a ladder up to 2 m), and the most important aspect was the sofa presented, which was broken and could not be slept on. The mattress was stained and dirty. The host did not respond to the guests' requests. IT WAS UNABLE TO SLEEP AT THE LOCATION

Perfect location.5 min.from.the ferries You have everything you need in the apartment. Very good design, nice outdoor place, which we didn't use, because it was cold and raining, but will be perfect in good weather.

Very good location and well equipped flat. Some problems with maintenance and the management is off the phone after 5pm ..

Absolutely stunning apartment, very central, the kitchen works very well and the tv was perfect for a movie night after a long day out

Due to bad weather the electricity went out one evening and lasted throughout the whole night, meaning electronics couldn’t be charged and freezer food thawed

Perfect stay. Comfortable, well designed... Just really nice experience.

Nothing at all

Just location but a bit noisy

The bed (modified steel frame sofa) is beaten and it was difficult to fix ourselves, legs part dropped down also. The way for toilet had dangerous step, not visible (light svichable at toilet door only) . TV programming - strange menues, no news channels.
