The rooms with the pool! The view, the design, the room service were amazing! Breakfast was super nice.

The beach is used for fishing, not really suitable for swimming, its a pity

True luxury. I have stayed at Hilton, Mariott and Hyatts of the world but this was truly the definition of luxury. From the check-in experience to the check out, everything was just perfect. The staff is trained overseas. The chef is very-versed in all kinds of cuisine- Indonesian to American. The breakfast was amazing and the drinks were delicious. Coming to the room: The manager was kind to offer us a room upgrade- it had a beautiful private infinity pool and a tub overlooking the ocean. I could spend the entire two days in that room without getting bored. Their room service was also prompt.

The hotel, as amazing as it is, is located in a remote area of Nusa Penida. It is surely not a deal breaker but I would advice guests to rent a bike while on your way to the resort immediately after alighting at the port at Penida. Dont bother going to the resort and then coming back to rent the bike. You can send your luggage in a taxi if you want with a friend or a family member whist you follow them on the bike. Else the taxi ride is long and tedious if you want to come back the town for sight seeing/ shopping or taking an island tour.

The room with ocean view was really amazing and the bed as well. Never been in such a big bed! Also the staff was really friendly and helpfull especially dipa en deva. Thank you so much!

Value for money is not there, we got board no TV, the food was average and no standard the cleaning was not sufficient. overall, the infrastructure for the whole island is not well developed not worth the stay for 3 nights.
