The apartment is very modern and well equipped. It was clean, It has a nice balcony, a good living room, and a good bedroom. The building might be old, but I felt safe walking around, even at late hours. It is a 20-25 min walk to the city center, and the apartment is located on a main avenue, so it is very easy to walk everywhere in a straight line. It is also close to One Salonica mall outlet (10min walk), with a lot of stores and restaurants. You have a bus stop 2 minutes walking that takes you to and from the airport, which is also convenient. The train station is also very close.

I was not super pleased to see that there was only AC in the living room. When i arrived at the apartment, late in the night, it was very very hot, and it was very difficult to sleep. For me, it makes more sense to have AC in the room, for people to sleep comfortably, rather than in the living room (that may not be used as much). nevertheless, if you leave it working during the day, the room gets to an ok temperature when you go to sleep. The bed is not very comfortable, i think because of the fabric of sheets and pillows. When it is very hot in the summer, I think the fabric of the sheets should be breathable and fresh, and not as dense/hot as it was.

Was clean, communication was good and close to the train stsation/bus stops.

The location was practical, but not the greatest part of town. Trash visible everywhere when on the balcony. The internet was terrible: very unreliable by being slow or often no connection. It unfortunately ruined the experience for me. The neighbours' animals were very noisy: one had a bird often screeching loudly and the other one's puppy dog was left outside on the balcony often crying and barking. Not the landlord's fault, though. Just was not an enjoyable experience.

Great looking apartament with a view towards the sea and also mountains from the balcony (when good air visibility). The breakfasts and evenings there were amazing. All the equipment in there was useful. The flat was very clean and modern. Well located - all the necessary buses were down the building. We enjoyed our stay a lot! ♥️

I certainly recommend this beautiful place! ☀️ P.S. Small issues with the lift out of use (the apt. is on the 6th floor) but it was not up to Landlord's so can't really complain. 😉

Apartment was clean! The owner is so nice and 24/7 available for help!

Location and people who live jn the building really bad and rude. The location is close to the center but is located in bad district
