Hostel not clean, no hot water in the shower despite waiting for minutes. It’s the last thing you want after the Salkantay trek. Staff were never seen, had to call them on WhatsApp to pay before checkout despite the fact I rang the bell and they were in the hostel but didn’t answer. Bed linen had a weird smell, not pleasant and the whole place smelled of cat. The way in to the hostel is through some sort of garage with no light which is a bit spooky and the stairs didn’t offer much security either

I had very bad experience in the hostel and I didn’t felt safe there, there are not locked doors in the room and someone in the middle of the night came to my room nothing happened but I don’t know the intension of the person I just shouted and person run away. Also main door was open all the time so anyone can get there. The place was dirty, and not well managed. Also there was nobody in reception with it’s for me unprofessional. I will never stay there again and please think twice before booking space. I read before booking loveless reviews and I thought it must be good but it was one of the worst experience I had.

This is a wonderful hostel that has all the amenities for the independent traveller. I had constant access to the kitchen, as well as to the common room where I could sit with my laptop. I think this is the best hostel in terms of price-quality ratio.

One day, hot water was turned off and it was not there for several days in a row, because of which the guests could not take a shower. Also the kitchen was a little dirty, but this is due to the fact that there were always many guests there.

Close to main plaza. Cheap.

I always had to ask them to fill up the toilet paper. The guy that worked there was staying in a private room, and it felt like he got disturbed every time I wanted help or whatever.
