"Great for budget travelers."

Staff were very helpful. Room was clean. Very spacious. For this price range it was at a level we expected. very affordable and the staff really made a huge difference. Easy to rent bikes for a good price and they kindly allowed us to store our luggage. Allowed early checkin.

A few minor issues. The bathroom door didn't close properly. Beds were very hard. Was supposed to have a smart TV but it wasn't working. No windows.

"Cheap, but you get what you pay for"

Clean room, good shower, bed was ok, staff did the best they could but obviously the owners don't care enough to keep the place habitable... 100m from beach

Wifi - trash Fridge - didn't work (light was on but nothing cold even overnight) Room - booked a smoking room, but given non-smoking Water - No free water as is customary in Vietnam TV - couldn't get it working, perhaps change to guest's language, it only takes 2 mins Location - far away from the action (which is what I wanted, just a heads up for noobs) Area - Right next to a school, which is not recommended for a longer stay, they have no respect for the community around them Just a lot of little things that add up to a really unpleasant stay...
