Room without a window, and the big beetles, so the place is good.

Lovely staff on reception. Great location

Needs a good clean and another lift. The windows had chicken wire covering them, and needed to be bigger. Our room didn't get cleaned once during our three day stay

Room looked nothing like the pictures, didn’t even have a window and no pool

The stuff was really amazing people, very kind and helpful to us. We feel how the staff try hard to help us it every question and our need.

Small room, can’t sleep in peace, you hear everyone in the building, even the dogs and other people takes a shower. Half of the closet that was physically in our room belongs to another room, and thin closet walls don’t isolate the sound at all. Sheets wasn’t clean and the towels have a lot of other human black hair (we are blond family). After 2 nights we leave to other hotel.

The room was dingy and nothing compared to pictures. No food and not even water. Too pricey for the facility
