"I did not stay, it's a fraud. It's a harassment."

I did not like anything, because I could not even go to the property.

It's a pure scam, by both hotel and booking.com. I booked it through booking.com from 18th Dec - 24th Dec. Booking.com showed me FREE CANCELLATION till 17th Dec. Once I booked, next day the hotel contacted me separately via whatsapp to book the room outside booking.com to get discount. I did not respond to them. Then everyday they started sending me mail, whatsapp and message (via booking.com portal, think about the audacity!) that I had to prepay them an amount of ~4k out of ~12k to confirm the room, otherwise they could not confirm. I contacted booking.com customer support, they did not give me any reply!!! I thought these messages were just automated messages from them. Next when I arrived, the hotel told me they really cancelled my reservation and I had to book the hotel at that moment. I just left and fortunately got another hotel. This is totally fraud by the hotel and booking.com. Please don't book hotels via booking.com to avoid these type of harassment.

I liked that he allowed me to stay for one more hour after check out time.

Cleanliness, service was very poor and delayed. As promised Breakfast was not provided. They have kept garbage bin just at the doorstep and there were ants and flies all around and the corridors were stinking, bucket and mug was dirty. Pillows were stinking. Also as we did the booking through booking.com and made 70% of advanced payments they had no information about that and they were not allowing to enter the room before the payment of the entire stay. It was disappointing that the person at the reception was entertaining other people coming after us.
