The view was amazing, and we liked the location was about 20 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg so it was very peaceful. The condo was comfy. Also price was very affordable. We even got to see a bear.

The unit we stayed in needed some work and updating. Also could use more frequent deep cleaning. Between the bed posts could see dust and crumbs piled up. Dishwasher must not work the best we had to wash all dishes before using the ones in the cupboard. Lastly not sure what Tennessee code is for windows and sliding doors but the height to the ground was extremely high with no alarm for sliding door, windows with no screens, and one that I couldn't get locked. With young children I was on high alert at all times.

"Beautiful views, great room rates, and very private. Some small issues but overall nice."

The view was beautiful, the privacy was nice, and the room rates were also very feasible.

We couldn't access the pool or jacuzzi either day after multiple tries due there being about 25 plus people there at all times. The comforter had a small stain on it but we washed it so it wasn't that big of and issue just more of an inconvenience. The bedroom light above the bed on beside the kitchen would not work.
