La terrasse avec la vue incroyable et le confort de l’appartement en général qui est situé dans un quartier typique à proximité des 2 ports, commerces et restaurants

L’accès par des rues très étroites et pentues n’est pas évident mais ce dédale de ruelles fait le charme du quartier

"Unfassbarer Ausblick aufs Meer und die Stadt!"

Die Terrasse überstrahlt alles und ist DAS Highlight der Wohnung. Alles andere ist in Ordnung, das Bad könnte bald mal eine Renovierung brauchen. Alles war sauber und aufgeräumt. Dimitros ist ein mega-netter Typ und Kümmerer, der immer erreichbar war. Es war ein Top-Aufenthalt, den ich jedem nur empfehlen kann!

Leider gab es während unserer Zeit tagsüber Baulärm rechts und links der Wohnung. Das dürfte sich 2026 aber erledigt haben. Ausschlafen war daher nicht drin, aber ab 17Uhr war dafür Ruhe für beschauliche Abendstunden und Massen von Weingläsern auf der Wahnsinns-Terrasse!!! ;-)))
