I did t even get to stay at the Hotel, never in my life when using “Booking” to reserve a room I had a message from the hotel saying to at least send them a deposit within 30 minutes to guarantee my reservation. .

Buenos dias, en general todo bien en cuanto a instalaciones, limpieza y ubicacion. el servicio de facturacion bastante malo, tengo varios dias esperando mi factura y al dia de hoy, no la tengo, ojala pudieran ayudarme, es una lastima que mientras algunas personas se esmeran en hacer bien su trabajo otro equipo( facturación) totalmente relajado con la atencion al cliente. gracias.

El estacionamiento un poco reducido e incómodo para maniobrar. El personal de recepción poco apático, nunca fueron groseros pero hace falta el toque de amabilidad y cordialidad al visitante.
