"Evitar zancudos."

"Jamás me aceptaron mi reservación"

La vdd nunca me pude hospedar ya que se comunicó conmigo vía WhatsApp el hotel y les expliqué que si llegaría ese día al hotel y les avisé con tiempo que nuestro vuelo llegó demorado pero que si llegaríamos al hotel y llegué a las 8:30pm y me dijeron que no me respetaron la reservación ni el precio me querían cobrar otra cantidad más excesiva

El trato del recepcionista no quiso respetar mi reservación

"Bueno pero si hay aspectos qué podrían mejorar."

El cuarto qué sé nos asigno estaba amplia y cómoda, la alberca con agua caliente hizo qué mi familia disfrutará de los días de descanso qué tuvimos.

La ubicación del hotel fue un aspecto bastante incómodo, ya que las vías del tren pasan justo a un lado del edificio. Cada vez que el tren pasaba, especialmente durante la madrugada, el ruido era muy fuerte y además provocaba vibraciones en la habitación, lo que dificultó mucho el descanso y el sueño. Adicionalmente, el estacionamiento es demasiado pequeño y limitado, lo que complica encontrar espacio para estacionarse, sobre todo en horarios concurridos. Al parecer anteriormente el hotel era motel porque la mitad de las instalaciones lo parecen.

Relación precio calidad y su ubicación

Antes de la estancia estuve llamando al 33 3121 4700 y nunca me contestaron. Durante la estancia no tuvimos Internet por 3 días.
