"Exceptional"

Lots of space for a large amount of people. Very clean and well kept up facilities, nice location for all tourists attractiona and supermarkets. Ensuits were all lovely.

Parking in a separate space had issues with dropping off things as road is very narrow and cul-de-sac. Or of stairs in house beware..

"Great stay"

Good provision of kitchen stuff. Comfortable beds and sofas. Great TV room. nice size bedrooms, well appointed kitchen

downstairs a bit small. Ilfracombe is rundown ) (Not the properties problem!!)

"Great stay!"

The size was perfect for us as we were two families. It had everything you needed - the kids loved the cinema room! Would definitely recommend.

Nothing, everything was great. The only small thing to mention was that the outside light didn't work, but this is an easy fix, I'm sure.

"Perfect for us"

No breakfast provided. A few essentials on arrival would of been a bonus. Location was good although it is next door to a hotel that is boarded up and no longer in use. There was a lot of propertys that were boarded up around the area.

The property was big, and very clean. The oven was immaculate. It was perfect for us as we had a wedding in Ilfracombe so it was very close.

The house was centrally located but quiet. It is tastefully decorated and very well equipped - the youngest in the group enjoyed the huge basket of construction toys! Having some allocated parking was very useful.

"Beautiful property and perfect location"

Very spacious rooms with en-suite rooms. Everything catered for like home from home.

Didn’t have any outside lights working in the garden or the front door lantern. No where to hang coats/jackets up.

The decor, size of bedrooms & number of bathrooms. The property was clean & well presented with great additional facilities such as basement & cinema room. Extras such as games & books.

The noisy seagulls who lived either side of the property
