"Rustic and relaxing with some discomfort"

Our chalet was in the middle of the savana but not far from the main building. Very peaceful but rustic following the style of the structure. Breakfast and dinner included in the price. After all for relaxation was ok. The main building is surroundedd by recycled sculptures which are kind of interesting

No choice for dinner (fixed menu). Drinks were good though. The road to Sossusvlei is rather terrible. Nothing around for miles and certainly no towns or villages. By the way, despite the name there is no river, unless it rains (almost never). Also, the pool is quite small.

Beautiful roomy, comfortable and clean bungalows in an amazing spot. Right in the middle of a lovely valley and with neighboring houses so far away you can’t even see them. The staff is absolutely wonderful, they work incredibly hard and are so attentive and welcoming - particularly the young female manager. She and her team really made our stay.
