molds & mildew in initial room booked so had no choice but to upgrade. The new room lacked amenities like Tv. Had to ask the receptionist to operate the AC and even the water heater for us. The room was not soundproof… we were disturbed constantly by loud chatters at the reception area & main lobby seating. Cups for water/ coffee are dirty, stained… unsanitary

This is not a good place.

The location is very good. 10 minutes walk from Victory Liner. We had a concern at 1st since we booked the place because of its advertisement that the internet is available in any place. It is also included in the facilities that the room is airconditioned. But when we checked in, we were placed in a room that looked old. The bed is noisy, no aircon, and no internet. We ask for the wifi, but we are told that there is no internet available in the room, only in the lobby. We are willing to adjust at 1st but even data signals are weak in place. We came here for a staycation and do some work that needs the internet, that is why we choose accommodation with the internet and aircon. When we raised the concern, we had difficulty in getting a positive response at first, instead offering us to add 1k per night if we wanted the room with internet. We insist about how the accommodation was advertised to booking.com. And thanks to the owner (I guess) when they called them, they decided to transfer us to a room that we expected without any additional charges. The room is great, the internet is great. We had a comfortable stay. We didn't expect the free breakfast and the food is great. I love unlimited free coffee. Overall, we had a great stay.

The receptionist when we checked in was not accommodating.

Free breakfast for 2days. Clean room. Have a bathroom of our own & working bidet. Unlimited supply of bath water. Free unlimited brewed coffee & drinking mineral water. Nice staff. Strategic location, near victory Liner, SM Baguio & Camp John Hay.

Door knob loose. Rice for the free meal is a bit under cooked. The place looks dilapidated outside. Does not look like a hotel. It is more like a motel.

Like my kids said a bit creepy,old stuffs.

A bit ran downed, few cockroaches. But overall, good stay.

The staff are so helpful and happy. The room is large, which is nice but very dated. Needs new floor, pillows, bed and some paint. The location is perfect for food, the mall, park etc.
