worst hotel experience because of the following reasons : -the door was hard to unlock -no TV even though it is stated in the booking confimation that it is included with the room. -no room wifi. -no free toiletries

The room we paid for was a dungeon. We Should have known when it was hard to find pictures. We paid for an upgraded room which was great but cost way too much.

We rented two rooms. One didnt have a toilet seat and did not have a 32 inch flat screen as advertised but instead an old 19 inch from the early 90's. The other did not have a TV at all. No WIFI in either room as advertised and only in tyhe lobby after 7 am. When I asked why they advertised TV's, WIFI and why no toilet seat the only asnwer was I could have that if I had paid for a better room. So I said OK I will pay more for a better room and they said it was not available which was a lie. I went out to expedia and could of rented a more expensive room no problem but then would not get any credit for what I already paid for the mis-advertised room. Also we got a ticket in our car because the hotel did not give us a pass or some number required for a tourist to operate a car in Baguio. The police officer said the hotel should of given us one.

They didn’t give us the room what we saw in the picture and they were asking us to pay double the price for the same room which was booked for us . The room was ugly dark and foul smelling it was underground , the bedsheet that they put had blood stain and looked so old and the WiFi was not reachable . None of the facility which was mentioned in the post of booking.com was available. No TV no WiFi no ammenities at all. Overall I do not recommend anyone to get this property since it’s pathetic.

Stayed at Marian room but there are black Ants everywhere crawling from the window to the wall to the top of the bathroom door, crawling on the floor and ceiling as well.
