The rooms are clean, spacious and well maintained.

Nothing on my side but my friend complained about room 11 tv not connecting

The place looked exactly like on the pictures, the place was clean

Being told about the deposit later after the full payment, having to beg to use the kitchen because apparently its' not for public use and pay to use it, although it the place was listed as self catering. Attitude of cleaning staff including of the supervisor when we had to check out.

The rooms were nice & the pool was great.

I had spoken to one of the workers there regarding the kitchen and the lady told me we could get access to the kitchen, we then bought groceries to cook ther only for them to tell us the kitchen is only used by the chef. The manager took off and knocked off as we were trying to find a solution to the kitchen issue without even addressing us. They later agreed we could use it for R150 per day. The R150 did not cover the cleaning by the cleaning staff..

The passage to room 5 is too small to drive big cars like mine. They couldn't assist with the other gate. Pillows are hard,
