Friendly staff and the quietness of the place it's so relaxing

I liked everything, but next time please provide lunch

We asked about breakfast when we booked but did not receive a reply. We were not informed about breakfast when we arrived.

1. The worst position on the property next to the busy road and between the kitchen and store room with lots of staff noise. Room no 5 2. The most uncomfortable, painful bed. I borrowed a duvet to soften the bed to sleep on. 3. The duvet was thread bare. 4. The pillow was two old pillows stuffed into one pillow case. 5. The fridge was missing a foot so wobbled. 6. Poorly set up coffee station without sweetener and milk. 7. The right bed side table was missing a foot and wobbled. 8. The basin drain was blocked and would fill up when we used it. 9. The tiles at the door were slippery after the rain. My husband slipped and hurt his leg badly.
