"Burnley Base"

More spacious than expected. Lovely and clean. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

It's not really anything the owner can change. Some people who live around the area are noisy at unacceptable times of the day like drivers with music blaring in their car at dawn. The huge population of land gulls in the area makes it noisy and quite a few used my car as a toilet.

The place is really modern, just as the title says. The kitchen is fully equipped, tvs are massive, and the bathroom is very spacious. Also the host left the heat on for my arrival. That was nice.

The internet is okay, a little slow.
