Crags Country Lodge

The location was beautiful! We enjoyed the views and the fire Pitt at night. We sat on the porch in the morning reading and drinking coffee. The staff Nisipi, Zamo, and Siso were so pleasant and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. I especially love the hot water bottles on our pillows at night! Nice touch! We also met the manager who was also very friendly and welcoming. The owner does wood working and had put a lot of nice touches in the decor.

Auswahl beim Abendessen sehr begrenzt.

Amazing place, rooms impeccable throughout, pool and grounds and views too. The staff were simply the best - the management and the serving staff who became practically friends in 3 days. Food was amazing too and such good value. Loved the personalised menus for every meal. Would love to go back.

Absolutely nothing!

Crags country lodge ist ein so schönes Hotel. Etwas außerhalb von Plettenberg hat man seine absolute Ruhe, schöne Aussicht und hervorragende Zimmer. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch der herausragende Service vom gesamten Team! Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und auch das Abendessen. Auch der Kaffe war hier sehr gut!

Nichts, es war alles perfekt.

Vriendelijk en erg attent personeel, uitstekend ontbijt en ook heerlijke diner mogelijkheden. Schitterend uitzicht over de bergen. Mooie zonsondergang vanaf het terras, met een heerlijke glaasje wijn bij de vuurkorf. Super!

Ze maken het je helemaal naar de zin, dus geen verbeterpunten

Food was just delicious, breakfast and the two dinners that we had here. Setting was breathtaking and the staff were absolutely great. Lit the fire pit just for us at the end of the night when we wanted to stargaze - lovely experience all round

Everything. The location is stunningly beautiful; the rooms, pool, food etc quite outstanding & the most wonderful team : friendly, warm & super attentive. I would go back tomorrow & stay for an age, if I could!

Already the reception by the personnel was very well organized, all important things were explained. The view from the lodge is impressive. The big backyard is very well planned and maintained. The meals at the lodge restaurant are well fresh cooked and served with a personal touch. The room offers lot of space.

In this category the room should be equipped with an air conditioning unit. The access to the room should also be possible without crossing the grass, because the wheels f the suitcase are full of grass particles
