Self catering so no breakfast as expected Key collection easy as via pub, plenty of parking Very comfy bed, upstairs carpet appeared new Bedrooms nice Good location for what I needed I’m aware pub does meals though I arrived rather late for that Good size Good to have full size fridge freezer

Lighting was reduced in lounge as 2 lights not working inc main one over dining table Kitchen a little faded but clean Eclectic mixture of crockery Needs better mugs Lots of ‘stuff’ in various cupboards eg yellow and green lightbulbs (not sure where would be used - I was trying to sort lights) but I realise some may need to be stored somewhere Wasn’t quite sure why the kitchen window was frosted, would be good not to be so if possible Drawers in main bedroom look to have been damaged in the past Bedside lamp was very pretty, would be good to have one on each side of the double bed

The property was clean and comfortable

The pipes were noisy and the shower a bit small.

Very comfortable apartment with two bedroom (one single), sitting room and well equipped kitchen. TVs in lounge and the two bedrooms. Being adjacent to the pub it was very convenient for food and breakfast. Although breakfast does not start until 10am it was very good. Laura, the manageress, was most helpful thoughout our stay. Parking was good, opposite the pub, and the car park was locked overnight.

The steep metal steps to the premises would not suit some people. Being confronted with three remotes for the TV in the lounge was beyond us and Laura. so we watched TV in the bedroom. Check in was a problem because the owners were away on holiday and hadn't informed the staff that we were arriving. It took the confirmed paperwork to sort it out and after half an hour we received the keys.

Larger than I thought it would be, clean and tidy, everything you would need is there.

Furniture is a bit dated but not really a problem, access to property could be tricky if you have limited mobility.

Iron leaks bathroom light cord could be longer shower sealant needs 're doing No information pack - dentist doctors hospital bus and train for visitors to the area. Info how to use central heating not many towels bathroom sink plug to small. Picture of steps only look like there is a few but there was many more needs to be made clear of the incline of them.
