Very clean everything was there you needed and the food at the pub was excellent.

I liked everything about the apartment

The landlord was extremely helpful both before and throughout our short stay. Everyone was friendly and we felt very well looked after. The apartment was super clean. The accommodation was the ideal size for the three of us with a comfortable living room and adequate kitchen. In any case, the Brown Cow pub serves great food all day!

The beds were too soft for us. The bathroom is quite small with a tiny shower cubicle and no bath. If you need more space, go for the Brown Cow Cottage (from the same owner) right next door.

All good except the beds

Poor network and WiFi. No WiFi available upstairs not even in the living room. Only place available was kitchen near to the WiFi hub.

Great location, real hidden gem. I don't know this end of the lake district well, but the apartment was great value and a really useful location for the south lakes, Coniston etc.

Not much - fresh beer from the pub with my Coop pizza went down well - great, spacious apartment.
