"Staff was good. But room was in very bad condition."

Location was not good

Room was very dirty. Everywhere was ladies hair and bed sheet and pillow covers were in very bad condition. Even there is not brooming and moping in the room. Everything was chaos.

"Near by New Delhi Railway station but located in very conjusted area where unable to call ola taxis."

I have booked a family room but the guy gave 2 small rooms with extra charges.

They dont comply with booking.com rules, even just looking for money from customer as they know nobody is coming back again here.

"I told family person don't stay here with your family..and don't go with rate"

This room are truly bad for families..only pornography shooting done here I think ever..it's horrible for room.

Everything are not matching for my requirement.
