The host family was friendly, gave me bananas and papaya from the garden. Room and environment were clean and tidy.

The location is very good and gives you a real Tahitian family feeling. Kiki and her family makes sure you are hosted super well, they also gave a lot of good recommendations about the island.

Small, basic rooms. Three in a row, brightly painted. There was no one there when we arrived but we rang and spoke to the owner using WhatsApp and caught up with her later for payment. We chose this as a place to stay because it is within walking distance of the ferry. It takes about 10 minutes from there and it’s about another 10 minutes to the local Champion supermarket. It was clean. There’s a basic outside communal kitchen. Nice garden with roaming chickens, dogs and cats. In fact, when I went to walk down the driveway, I was jumped up on by an overzealous young dog belonging to a neighbour, I think, who nipped me on the back of the leg as I walked away. The other animals were placid and friendly though. We were there on a very windy night and the building was creaking like crazy.

No air conditioning - but there are fans - and not much privacy: just curtains between the bedroom and bathroom. There was no hot or even warm water for the shower. No TV. Patchy WIFI. Judging by all the messages written on the wall outside, many people love this place - it just wasn’t for us.

Location was great, friday night the pizza place has a band so that was hard to sleep with, host was very accommodating.

The bed was very comfortable and room clean

On arrival were told we weren't booked in despite showing our confirmation details - it took several hours to sort out, with us missing going on a pre-planned tour - consequently loosing our money. Then on check out we asked could we leave our baggage and collect at 1100 - we were told we could just leave it in the common kitchen used by all and is visible from the road several meters away. Obviously we were not happy with that arrangement, another guest allowed us to leave our gear in her locked room which we collected at 1020.

Great place to stay in Moorea, minutes from the ferry terminal. We enjoyed the roulettes and supermarkets nearby. The pizza restaurant next door was delicious!

Chickens wake you up early each morning - apart from that everything was excellent!

Comfortable, well equipped. Shared kitchen perfect for self catering. Walking distance from ferry, atm and supermarkets.
