The Norfolk Haybarn

Janie was very welcoming. She enjoys living there herself and really wants her visitors to enjoy their stay. Location is central to north Norfolk and we visited beaches, Sandringham, Holkham and Wells.

We had a very warm greeting from Janie, the host of the guest B&B. The house and gardens are beautiful, you can tell she is extremely proud of her home, gardens and location. We had the guest wing which included a locked separate bedroom upstairs with private bathroom, towels, toiletries etc. We had breakfast included for three mornings, private bathroom and a big bedroom. The views from the bedroom were stunning. The location was fantastic, lots of fresh air, walks and local car rides to the coast for beverages/pubs for lunch and exploring the north Norfolk coast. Janie gave us knowledgeable information of places to visit, pub opening times for dinner and we booked to visit Houghton Hall which was amazing - grounds, house and walled garden was fantastic. Breakfast every day was just perfect - everything you could think of to set us up for the day. We were fully refreshed and will definitely visit again, pass on details for family and friends. The weather was kind to us too. We visited Houghton Hall, Brancaster, Wells next to the Sea, Old Hunstanton, walks through Snettisham farm footpaths for the views, Burnham Market and many more villages.

Absolutely nothing to report. There was nothing we did not like or agree with.

Very clean, comfortable beds, quiet lovcation, lots of fruit and friendly host.

I have to say I prefer a bath and hbby would have liked a cooked breakfast.

Lovely accommodation with a delightful host. Location is a short drive from a number of sandy beaches and coastal walks. The village pub and restaurant is a few minutes walk from the Haybarn

The Norfolk Haybarn is so well organised, nice comfortable furniture. Janie has thought of everything one would need.

Excellent place in Sedgford, nice, relaxed and quiet, a spacious room, very clean, access to a private garden, fantastic breakfast with fresh croissants and fruit, we would definitely be visiting again

Breakfast was delicious; fresh fruit, freshly baked croissants with local Norfolk jams, yoghurt and coffee.

Very clean, great facilities. Well maintained. Beautiful gardens.
